Zdravel 2.0: new design, widgets, pill stock and a report for your doctor
Version 2.0 is out — the biggest Zdravel update so far. We redesigned the whole app, made reminders harder to miss and the blood pressure diary clearer. The update is already available on Google Play and RuStore.
New design
Every screen and the app icon have been redrawn. On first launch Zdravel gives a short introduction and helps you grant the permissions reminders depend on: notifications, exact alarms and background work.
Help has changed too: it is now a step-by-step guide with pictures — adding a medicine, handling a reminder, recording blood pressure, making a report and adding a widget.
Home screen
Home now shows everything you need for today:
- the next dose with a countdown;
- a card for a missed dose if something wasn't marked;
- adherence for today and for the month;
- your latest blood pressure with a chart;
- a streak of days without missed doses;
- your pill stock.
Reminders that are hard to miss
- "Taken" button right in the notification — mark a dose without opening the app.
- Full-screen reminder on the lock screen, with a "Mute" button.
- Repeat reminder if a dose isn't marked: every 10 minutes by default, up to three times. The interval and the number of repeats can be changed in your profile.
- Dose screen: swipe to take, snooze or skip. Several medications due at the same time can be marked together.
- "Extra dose" — log a pill taken outside the schedule.
Medications and pill stock
Medications are now split into "Taking" and "Finished" tabs, with search and course progress. The medication card shows statistics, a monthly calendar of doses and a "Finish course" button.
Enter how many pills are in a pack, and Zdravel will tell you when it's time to buy a new one.
Analogues now show the composition and can be filtered by dose and form. The analogue you choose opens straight in the add-medication wizard.
Dose history
The full history for all medications in one place: filter, summary and grouping by day. If you marked a dose by mistake, you can fix it.
Blood pressure
- a chart for the chosen period, averages and tips;
- each reading is classified as you type, following ESH 2023;
- reading circumstances: arm, body position, after medication;
- "morning", "evening" and "above normal" filters.
Report for your doctor
Profile → PDF report: medications, adherence, blood pressure with a chart and every reading for the chosen period. Show it at your appointment or send it to your doctor in a messenger.

Profile and settings
Your name, reminder sound and vibration, repeat, lock screen display, theme, language and CSV export. On tablets the app shows side navigation and two panes.
Bug fixes
- A snoozed or repeated reminder no longer fires after midnight as a reminder for the next day's dose.
- Dates, weekdays and notifications now follow the app language, not the system one.
- The app no longer crashes on a quick double tap of Back.
- CSV export now opens correctly in Excel, with no garbled Cyrillic text.
- English translation fixes: the "Cancel" button and the blood pressure scale labels.
How to update
Update Zdravel on Google Play or RuStore. Your medications, schedule, dose history and blood pressure readings are kept — there is nothing to set up again.
After the update the app may ask for the permissions reminders need. If your phone is a Xiaomi, Huawei, Honor, Samsung or another brand with aggressive battery saving, set Zdravel's background mode to "Unrestricted" so reminders arrive on time.
