The Zdravel cabinet now opens right inside Telegram
The @zdravel_bot bot already reminds you about doses and records blood pressure readings in chat. But some things are easier on a screen than in messages: seeing the whole list of medications, checking how many pills are left in a pack, scrolling a month of readings, or putting together a report for your doctor.
So the bot now has a web cabinet — and it opens right inside Telegram as a Mini App. Nothing to download or set up.
What is new
The cabinet inside Telegram. In the chat with the bot there is an "Open cabinet" menu button next to the message field. Tap it and the app opens on top of the chat, already showing your data. No login, no password: Telegram itself confirms who you are, and signing in takes a second.
Medications and supply. All your medicines with their schedule — how much, when and how to take them. If you enter the pack size, the cabinet keeps track of what is left: one dose marked means one pill less. When less than a week remains, the card warns you, and the "Refill" button updates the count after you buy more.
Today's doses. Upcoming doses by time. A dose can be marked with one tap — in the cabinet or in the chat, it is the same record. "Taken" and "skipped" are visible to the bot, so your statistics and reminders stay honest.
Blood pressure diary. Readings with pulse, an automatic category (normal, elevated, high), a chart for 7, 30 or 90 days, and a log of measurements.
A report for your doctor. Adherence for each medication, a calendar of doses, average and maximum pressure for the period. The report can be downloaded and printed — no need to recall numbers at an appointment.
Analogue search. Look up a medicine by brand name or active substance: form, dosage, manufacturer, registration number.
How to open it
- Open the @zdravel_bot bot.
- Tap the "Open cabinet" menu button next to the message field.
- That's it — the cabinet opens with your medications and readings.
The cabinet also works in a regular browser at bot.zdravel.ru. There you sign in with a short code: the cabinet shows it, you send it to the bot. This is the fallback — when Telegram is not at hand or you want to see your data on a large screen.
What stays the same
- Reminders still arrive in Telegram — nothing to reconfigure.
- The same data. The cabinet is not a separate app with its own database: it is the same account as in the bot. What you mark in the cabinet is visible to the bot, and vice versa.
- The phone app keeps working — Google Play and RuStore. The cabinet does not replace it: reminders, offline mode and widgets stay in the app.
What comes next
The cabinet will grow together with the bot: editing your schedule and profile right in it, smarter supply hints and more reports. If something is missing or inconvenient — write to the bot, we read messages and often build what people ask for.
